  1. Delivery Coverage

Auronix currently delivers across Pakistan.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

COD orders may be confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or other available methods before dispatch.

  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

  1. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier company to investigate the shipment.

  1. Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Auronix.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
